List everyone who has jobs. A job is shown to a person if its Who matches their name or their role, so you can use roles such as “Best Man” and fill in the real names here. Phone numbers can be typed in any usual way, such as 083 276 9190 or +27 83 276 9190. They give each person tap-to-call and WhatsApp buttons.

A separate checklist so nobody arrives without something important, including honeymoon bags if the couple leave from the wedding. Each item has a What, a Who and a When, such as “The day before” or a date like “12 Oct”. Items already on the list are never added twice.

This is the one master list of everything that needs to happen on the day. Each job appears here once. Two ways to start: let the app assign each ready-made job to the person or role it suits (you can still change any of them), or add the jobs with nobody assigned and assign them yourself. To give a job to a role, tap the arrow in Who and tick the roles, or use Jobs by role below. A job can belong to several roles.

One card for each role, showing the jobs given to that role. If you chose “I’ll assign them myself”, the cards stay empty until you pick jobs from Big Day jobs, add that role’s ready-made jobs, or add a brand new job. Taking a job off a role does not delete it; it stays in All jobs.
